If you’ve ever wanted to be able to note or flag cases a certain way so that you could work them the way you works, now you can – with Flags.
How to Flag Cases in GoServicePro
In the Cases grid, there is a Flag button. When you click it, it’s like clicking “New Flag or Edit Existing Flag”.
The flag, “Default”, already exists and is what shows up under “My Inbox” in the left “My Work” menu. Any new Flags will appear there also.
To add a new flag, just type in the name of the flag and then click “Save and Close”. It will then appear on the left My Work menu under My Inbox.
To edit “New Orange Flag”, just go to the Cases > Flag button, choose it from a drop-down, and then you can change the color or text.
To apply the flag to a case, go into the case and choose the flag from the drop-down list next to “Owner/Queue”. Important things to note about flags:
- Flags are user-focused: they are custom for each user and are not shared.
- Flags can only be applied to a case by the case’s owner.
